Application for cover-up

This application is for any size cover-up on any part of the body. I won’t be able to take everyone, but if I think I’m the right person to help you, I will write back within a week of your application. Likely I will have a few questions specific to your situation to help me be sure that will be a good fit. It is very important to me that our expectations match and that I can make your tattoo maximally beautiful.

Even if I don’t ultimately do your cover-up for you, I am happy to schedule a consult to sit and discuss all your options and how good planning and multiple stages can get you a beautiful result. I have several very effective techniques for achieving cover-ups that don’t look like cover-ups, and some of them are not widely used by other artists – but I can teach you how to ask for what you specifically need to get the result you want. There may be multiple options for how to handle your cover-up, and you can take the information and make the choice you like best. I understand how it feels to have tattoos that don’t feel right and how distracting and draining it can be. When you know your options, you can free up that energy to make the creative decisions that feel exciting and correct for you. Reference images for style (optional). Most useful would be prints and paintings, or photos of my own work that you enjoy. If you can't find a style you like in my portfolio or Instagram, you probably shouldn't get tattooed by me.

Budget (optional) FYI my rate is $850 for a 4 hour session, and most of my work requires more than one session. Coverups often require layering the same area multiple times to get a bright clear result

Photos of current tattoo- please attach at least 2 photos. Camera POV should be level with the tattoo, not angled above. You might need to ask a friend for help, or set your camera on a shelf and use the timer function to get a clear shot.
